Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 18, 2026 . PCMoneyMaking.com LLC . Winter Springs, Florida
This policy explains what PCMoneyMaking.com LLC ("we," "us," "our") collects on this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this website you agree to this policy.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you fill in a form we collect your name (optional) and email address. When you buy something, our checkout provider collects billing details; we do not store your full card number.
- Referral information. If you arrive through a member's link, we store that member's referral code in a cookie on your browser for 30 days and attach it to your sign up or purchase so the member can be credited with points. The member sees counts of clicks, sign ups and sales, never your name or email.
- Technical information. We log a one way hash of your IP address (not the address itself), your browser type, and the date and time of your visit, to count unique visitors and prevent abuse.
- Live chat. If you use the chat widget, the messages you send and basic page and browser information are collected so we can answer you.
How we use it
- To send you the free training you asked for and related emails from Marcus Campbell, including offers for our paid programs.
- To credit referral points to the member whose link you used.
- To process orders and deliver products through our membership software.
- To prevent spam, fake sign ups and fraud.
- To understand which pages and sources bring visitors so we can improve the site.
Email and unsubscribing
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Click it and you will be removed from that list promptly. You can also email us and ask to be removed. We do not sell or rent your email address to anyone.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the service providers that run this site for us: our email service (AWeber), our membership and checkout software (aMember on joinmarcus.com), our payment processors, our live chat system, and our web hosting. They may only use your data to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies: a referral cookie (so the member who sent you gets credit), a session cookie on member and admin pages, and cookies set by our chat and checkout providers. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features, such as referral credit, will not work without them.
How long we keep it
We keep your email and sign up record for as long as you remain subscribed or are a customer, and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and accounting purposes. Click logs are kept in aggregate form. You can ask us to delete your personal data at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email marcus@joinmarcus.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or California, you have additional rights under GDPR, UK GDPR or the CCPA, including the right to opt out of any sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
Children
This website is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use HTTPS, hashed IP addresses, limited access to our systems and reputable providers to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
